On 6 March 2015 the State Examination Authority issued Approval of the project for treatment system of excess air from grate cooler Volga-35 in kiln no.5 of kiln department at LLC Krasnoyarsky Cement.

This project is aimed at reduction of contaminants emissions by replacement of the current gas treatment system with a new high-efficient bag filter Scheuch.

Dust content at the bag filter outlet shall not exceed 10mg/nm3, which entirely complies with requirements to the technologies applied for increase in power efficiency of cement production (GOST R 54194-2010).

After replacement of the treatment system reduction of silicone dioxide shall amount to 174 tones.

At present the project is at the stage of detailed engineering.
