From the 10 to 12 of October 2011 a group of experts of LLC “Sibniiprojectcement” visited the site of the 5^th production line, which uses a dry method of production, and plant of “Sukholozhskcement”, which uses a wet method of clinker production.

During the trip operational issues of the new line, which chief designer is “Sibniiprojectcement”, were worked out.

Construction of new lines was carried out in record terms for Russian reality – only 4 years. The official start of the line was made in August 2010. At present the line is working almost at full capacity and is successfully shipping cement to consumers ( see photos ).

In addition, experts visited the functioning wet production process, where plans and prospects for the plant were announced.

On September, 12, 2011 FAU "Main State Expertise of RF" issued a positive opinion on the subject of capital construction of the Cement Plant OOO "Ul'yanovskshifer" (Cemzavod, Sengileev District, Ulyanovsk Region). OOO "Sibniiprojectcement" developed the stage of Project Documentation, as well as served as general designer.

LLC “Sibniiprojectcement” (Novosibirsk, Russia) and industrial merger Kokshe-cement "(Kazakhstan) settled all disputes that were examined in arbitration courts, devoted to the execution of the contract about the design of a new cement plant with capacity of 2 million tons per year in Akmola region, The Republic of Kazakhstan. The parties found a compromise and have no claims against each other.

6 сентября 2011 года представителями ООО "Сибниипроектцемент" успешно были сняты все вопросы по проектной документации "Завод по производству цемента по сухому способу мощностью 1 200 000 в год одной технологической линией" ООО "Ульяновскшифер". В ближайшее время официально будет выдано положительное заключение Главгосэкспертизы РФ.
